Name of Character
: Bastian Greengrass
He's a 515 year old wizard vampire, there are more layers to him than the next guy, that's for sure. While most vampires would probably be intimidating and bad, Bastian is inherently good - though still pretty intimidating. Bastian, though a Ravenclaw, could have also as easily ended up in Gryffindor for his bravery. He's extremely charming, and that's pretty dangerous for the rest of the world, or at least the people he ends up feasting on. Having been through five centuries of life already, Bastian found he rather enjoyed the idea of teaching History, and went from teaching muggle history at Cambridge, to teaching the History of Magic at Hogwarts. He'd heard about the attacks on Hogwarts and the things a group of Pure Bloods were doing, and immediately signed up to join the Allies against them, but the thing he bought to the table for them was the ability to find the plans of the Elites out so they could safely guard against them. Bastian is what you'd call a double agent, in both groups but only loyal to one, and why would the Elites deny him? As far as they know, he's a pure blood elitist from 1507, and with descendants as pure as the Greengrass clan, and relatives in the LeStrange and Black families, why wouldn't they believe him?
Age: 35 (515)
Position: Double Agent/Right Hand
Field: History of Magic Professor at Hogwarts
Special Abilities/What they provide to the group: Vampire, nuff said there. He brings inside information from The Elite, that's his whole thing, being the double agent for the good side. He speaks a whole bunch of languages, knows everything there is to know about Wizardry. Can act people in circles.
Reasoning why they should be a part of the Allies'- what has triggered them to stand against The Elite (this is for us to get a good grasp.) Bastian's always been about doing the right thing, about being good. He met Shepherd's late wife back when she was in her 20's, which is why Shepherd trusts him. He's never been about that whole pure blood's are best racket, and injuring children is definitely the lowest The Elite can go in his opinion, so he's joined to protect the students at Hogwarts and finish this blood feud.
